I'm not an executor of instructions – I'm the person who takes ownership and brings the entire production to life. I'm not hired to make an event happen – I'm hired to make it work.
The Added Advantage
2,500 concerts, tours and studio productions as a professional musician (guitarist & songwriter) and tour manager. Combined with operational responsibility for arena tours and large-scale productions in Germany’s biggest arenas – where complex productions under live conditions require the highest level of precision in logistics, technology, timing and organization.
This experience has shaped my organizational, logistical and technical understanding far beyond traditional project management.
