“Fast” isn’t just a name for Tobias Schnell – it’s a way of working. In collaborating with Tobias and his team, I’ve rarely experienced such a strong mix of competence, warmth, and true professionalism. Tobias has an exceptionally quick grasp of things and, as an event manager, always knows exactly what needs to be done – often before anyone else even realizes there’s something to do.

What impresses me most: his team doesn’t just value him – they carry him. And he carries them. Every service provider (trade), organizer, and even the guest feels seen, supported, and completely comfortable around him. Tobias meets challenges with a smile, absolute composure, and genuine warmth.
