I understand organizers and service providers.
Trained at Messe Frankfurt GmbH, I have spent 35 years combining concept development, planning, organization, and execution into productions that work – from events, trade shows, and conferences to festivals, tours, and concerts.
This experience means more than a long project list. It means understanding complex processes, different requirements, and situations.
I make sure ideas and plans become reality – with clear structure, experience, and responsibility from the first step through successful on-site execution.
I'm not hired to make an event happen – I'm hired to make it work.

Experience from the Real World
Experience is not defined by the number of projects. It is defined by the situations where decisions have to be made.
My foundation comes from the reality of complex productions:
live productions, trade shows, conferences, award shows, festivals, tours, concerts, arenas, and event formats where many elements have to work together simultaneously.
A Unique Foundation
2,500 concerts, tours, and studio productions as a professional musician (guitarist & songwriter) and tour manager – combined with operational responsibility for arena tours and major productions in Germany’s largest arenas. In environments where technology, logistics, timing, and organization must work together perfectly under live conditions, I learned how to understand complex processes as a complete system and lead them with confidence. These experiences have shaped my organizational, logistical, and technical understanding far beyond traditional project management.
Above all, this experience means one thing:
Keeping a clear overview under pressure, recognizing connections, and finding solutions before problems arise.
Structure Creates Security
Complexity cannot be avoided. But it can be managed.
I work with clear responsibilities, transparent processes, and a network of experienced specialists across all relevant areas. Technology, staffing, trade show and event construction, equipment, catering, artists, logistics, media, and content – success is not created by having the most partners involved. It is created by having the right structure behind them.
