Project/Event Management and Event Planning

Live System Instead of a Standalone Project

An event is not just a schedule on paper. It is a dynamic system of people, technology, timing and real-time decisions. I keep this system stable.

Leadership Instead of Reaction

Clear processes, defined responsibilities and a structured production approach ensure that many individual contributors become one fully functioning team.

On-Site Execution

oversee the entire production as the central point of coordination – from setup through the final moment of the event.

A live event is supervised by a team of technicians in the control booth, where lighting and sound are set up for the performance. Bright stage lighting and various technical devices are used to enhance the overall experience for the audience.
A large group of elegantly dressed people sit at round tables and take part in a formal event. Soft, colorful lighting and candles create a warm and inviting atmosphere in the room.
Equipment boxes are placed on the stage floor, which can be used for setting up and dismantling the event technology. Lighting systems and stage structures are illuminated by skylights, which illustrate the preparation process for a concert or show.

And action!

I thrive on challenges and deliver where others give up.
